To learn a little more about the role see, Head of Primary - Role Description Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced educational leaders for the position of Head of Primary. The Head of Primary is responsible for maintaining and developing the positive culture and community of the Primary school, ensuring students have access to high quality teaching and learning. The Head of Primary reports directly to the Principal. This full-time position is expected to start January 2027 (open to negotiation). About you First and foremost, you will have a sincere and steadfast relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. Out of this relationship, you will act graciously toward all members of the school community and think biblically through opportunities and challenges associated with being in a leadership role within a Christian school. You will be a spiritual and educational servant-leader who seeks the good of others. More specifically, you will have: • a vibrant Christian faith, evidenced by service in your local church; • the ability to articulate your faith to others; • a commitment to the transformative power of the Gospel in the lives of students and staff alike; and, • experience in educational leadership Qualifications: • Evidence of the right to work in Australia • Proof of identity • Recognised teaching qualification • Clearance status of the Working with Children Check • Statements of service from previous child-connected roles • References from previous child-connected roles • You have suitable teaching qualifications and are registered with NESA
