The Maintenance Technician at New Flyer is responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Shift: Mon-Thurs 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is preferred.
· 3-5 years experience in an industrial maintenance role or equivalent.
· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
· Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
· Basic computer skills for maintenance management software use.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
