We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in Athens.
The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who takes quiet pride in doing things well. You will work directly with leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, manage competing priorities with grace, and represent our organisation with the discretion and professionalism our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence
• Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications on behalf of leadership
• Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders in a warm, professional manner
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What We're Looking For
• University degree and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken (additional languages a plus)
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
• Proficiency with digital tools — Google Suite, CRM platforms, and scheduling software
• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and exceptionally reliable
• A professional presence grounded in kindness, discretion, and attention to detail
