About the Role
Vista Fulfillment Group is seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee approximately 15 warehouse employees and ensure daily work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
You will assign work, monitor progress, manage priorities, coach employees, and remove the obstacles that prevent the team from meeting its targets. This includes ensuring employees have functioning equipment, clear instructions, and the support they need throughout the day.
Technology is part of every department in our warehouse. Our teams use digital workflows to confirm orders, receive inventory, pick and pack shipments, manifest pallets, and coordinate freight shipping. You must be comfortable managing people and work through these systems, investigating problems, and using data to make decisions.
We operate proprietary order and warehouse management software supported by our development team. When a workflow needs improvement, you will help explain the operational need, recommend practical changes, and work with developers to put those improvements into use.
