Position Overview Dragonfly Cares is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in a school setting. This role provides ABA therapy across both school and center settings, offering variety alongside consistency. You'll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to students on the autism spectrum, working closely with supervising BCBAs, school staff, and center teams to implement individualized BIPs, support skill development, and help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally. This is an ideal role for compassionate, dependable, and experienced professionals who want consistent daytime weekday hours, with no evenings or weekends, and a schedule that follows the school calendar. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support under BCBA supervision across school and center settings Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with each student's learning goals Collect and record accurate data on student behavior and progress Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, school staff, center staff, and clinical supervisors Maintain detailed, professional documentation that meets school, center, and agency standards Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills Requirements • Availability for full school-day hours, Monday through Friday (7 AM to 4 PM) • Active RBT certification required • Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on ABA/RBT experience required • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred, not required) • Previous school-based or center-based experience strongly preferred • Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays • Reliable transportation to school and surrounding areas • Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others Benefits Competitive pay: $26–28 per hour, based on education, certifications, and experience Consistent daytime hours: Full school day, weekdays only, with no nights or weekends School calendar: Your schedule follows the school year, with breaks and holidays off Comprehensive Training: Free CPI (Crisis Prevention & Intervention), CPR, and First Aid certification training, along with unlimited virtual training opportunities Professional Growth: Access to Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and Professional Development Units (PDUs) to support ongoing learning, certification, and licensure requirements Real clinical support: A supervising BCBA guides every case, and you'll collaborate with the school and center team Supervision Opportunities: Restricted and unrestricted supervision hours for individuals pursuing BCBA certification, plus fieldwork opportunities for students completing required experience hours Referral bonuses: Earn up to $250 for each qualified referral Meaningful work: Help students grow academically, socially, and behaviorally every day APPLY TODAY — IMMEDIATE OPENING If you're an experienced RBT passionate about helping students succeed and thrive, we want to hear from you.
