Maintenance Supervisor

Pay:  $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Job description: Lead Maintenance Technician Lynco Properties is currently seeking highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for properties in the Tulsa area. Duties will include: * Have extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of A/C units. * Promptly handle work order needs of residents * Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner * Manage onsite maintenance staff * Apartment Maintenance Technician must provide excellent customer service * Works well with other team members * Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractors Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime This role the candidate should have skills in: *HVAC *Plumbing *Electrical *Painting *Appliance Repair and/or other tasks related to maintaining the communities in excellent condition.
