<p>We are looking for <strong>full-time and remote </strong>Support Associates to join our Support team in Bratislava <strong>from October 2026! This applies to candidates living outside of Bratislavsky & Trnavsky kraj.</strong></p>
<h2><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Processing incoming live chats from our customers, venues and courier partners</li>
<li>Developing our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt</li>
<li>Ensuring that the delivery operations run smoothly, providing support for our restaurant and retail partners</li>
<li>Supporting our Czech and Slovak market</li>
</ul>

<li>You are customer-obsessed and team-oriented</li>
<li>You have great communication skills with a personal touch</li>
<li>You have a can-do attitude towards challenges</li>
<li>You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>You already have some experience in a customer-facing role, and you are passionate about service</li>
<li>This is a shift work position. You can work mornings, evenings and weekends - We are available to our clients seven days a week from 7:00 am to 1:00 am. </li>
<li><strong>You are fluent in Slovak language and you have professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)</strong></li>
<li><strong>You are able to start working for us from October 2026</strong></li>

<p><strong>For a full-time remote Support Associate, the basic (fixed) wage component is 1.270€ brutto / month. </strong></p>
